mapotofu
I listen to hypnosis while I sleep but often when I wake up, the earphones have fallen out of my ears. How do you all stop this from happening, besides taping your earphones to your ears? Sorry! I've no idea where to post this.
admin
Do you use earbuds? One thing that might work is to just play whatever you're listening to through regular speakers near your bed. Headphones are required to get the effect of the theta entrainment, but if you're sleeping you'll be bouncing around through theta anyway. You can get some pretty good (but pretty expensive) earbuds that stay in your ear no matter what, so long as you've got the wires out of your way. mapotofu
I use Xiaomi earbuds. Hmm, I think I'll do my best to keep the wires out of the way and listen at a soft volume(I've trouble sleeping). My room is already too cluttered for speakers. neonjim
This post is a year old but what I've done is get a sweatband or ear warmer and wear that over the ear buds. If you google 'sleepphones' you'll see what I mean. I can get away with it, I sleep alone. Unfortunately.
