A question about Intelligence Accelerator

Recommended Posts

1) The Image Streaming Exercises - Do them daily, at least ten minutes

2) The dual induction for enhanced creativity - create an intention of becoming a math genius before listening (listen once a week, try to focus on your intention throughout)

3) The Master affirmation track, once a day before sleeping (with the intention of being a math genius, listen as you fall asleep)

4) Any of the embedded music files while studying (the classical type music without affirmations)

Think of it as long as you can. If your mind drifts, come back to it. The longer you can hold it in your mind, the better it will work. You'll be able to improve with practice, just like anything else.

If you hold it really strong in the beginning, for the first couple minutes, then it will "set" in your mind as you drift off.

Thanks for the reply, I just listened to DIH Creativity. I found it pretty hard to constantly visualize me being a math genius, and then still trying to follow the story line. With creating an intention of becoming a math genius do you mean that I visualize me doing some hard made up maths(maths I made randomly/that doesn't exist) on a whiteboard in front of a class? I found it pretty hard to follow the story line and still visualize at the same time.

Thanks for your time!

You won't be able to visualize the whole time. But you do need to have a clear, specific visualization, with clear, specific emotions to come back to as your mind drifts. So long as you "keep coming back" to your visualization, your subconscious will get the message, that you want to apply the metaphors being told to your own specific visualization. Take a few minutes BEFORE listening to come up with a very specific, very detailed visualization.

You'll never be able to go through the whole process consciously, it's designed to overwhelm your conscious mind, to let it "sink in" more effectively to your subconscious.

So long as your "consciousness" keeps bouncing around between your visualization, the metaphors, and wherever else it drifts, you'll be fine. At one point you'll "trust your subconscious" enough to simply set the visualization in the beginning, and then just "let go."

The whole purpose of any hypnosis (based on metaphors, direct induction, affirmation overwhelm, etc.) is to get your conscious mind out of the way.

Thank you i'll try this tonight. Yesterday I stopped the master_16 session like after 10 minutes because I was really tired.

I do image streaming pretty often. Most of the time I'm able to describe the thing I see in less than a minute so I just do it throughout the day until I reach about 10 minutes! Sometimes the picture changes. Also must you visualize the computer making the picture because then I need to think of the picture and imagine a computer drawing it! I have noticed some results already !!

Try to do all the ten minutes in one sitting. And let the images change as fast as they do. Don't force them or hold them still. Follow them with your words. (Image STREAMING) Let them lead you. It takes a while but it can lead to some pretty amazing insights.

You can even pose a question to your subconscious (super conscious if you believe in that sort of thing) and let your image stream give you the answer.

I did google image search for "hards maths equations" to get some pictures, here you go, can you see them?

https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=google+images&es_sm=93&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=nU8yVeeLGtDYaoSjgMAP&ved=0CAcQ_AUoAQ&biw=1280&bih=699#tbm=isch&q=hard+maths+equations

Imagine being able to solve those and image stream that, perhaps?

Holy cat look at THIS one ha ha!

Try creating a multi-stage visualization. You  might need to practice a bit, but it could be pretty powerful.

1) Visualize that image above (the complicated math one)

2) Visualize it morphing into an easy to understand solution

3) Visualize yourself standing next to a whiteboard with a crowd of scientists applauding your genius

4) Feel the appreciation FROM them, then switch into their eyes and feel the amazement AT you.

run through this a few times, before you listen, and then a few times in the beginning.

OR

Try something like this (kind of 'out there')

Imagine your standing on a stage, and a bunch of the world's top scientists are watching you. They keep "throwing" equations like this at you, you catch  them breathe them in, solve them, and then throw back elegant solutions.

Just play around there's no wrong way.

Thank you! I do the visualization that is stated above, but sometimes I use different formulae's that I present (because I can't memorize the same one all the time, but I always do the visualization : in the same place in the visualization and the same people). I can't really think of the same equation that I make easier (morph like you said). Getting smarter :D AND with "coming back to the visualizations" its working. Sometimes in the middle of the DIH_creativity I just start imagining it again (my specific visualization). Thanks sooo much :D
