That all depends on what specific benefits any particular listener is intending.

 

Since most of these are made by request, I really have no idea what the real intentions are of the requester.

 

For example, a requester may ask for a vampire vid, and perhaps consciously believe they want to be a vampire, but it may be a conscious representation of a deeper desire for more human qualities.

 

The human mind is deep, and any language is only a metaphorical representation of what's really going on.

 

Some may listen to "self confidence" mp3's to get more confidence in social situations, while others may get better results by listening to a vampire session, for example.

 

The subjective experience and real world results (whatever they may be and however they may be described) is ultimately up each individual listener to determine.
