Marvelous Posted January 8, 2015 Report Share Posted January 8, 2015 I forget to remember to eat Carbs I choose to only eat complex carbs from fruits and vegetablesI enjoy an eating plan low in carbohydratesI avoid sugar, dairy and white and processed foodsI enjoy eating high protein meals I am in control of what I eatI eat low Carb foods I eat less than 100 carbs per day and feel greatI am happy, safe and comfortable with my low carb, high protein dietI have no cravings for high Carb foodsI have no interest in high Carb foodsI love my protein based meals I easily lose weight each day on my low carb eating plan Astral 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
