Eat Low Carb & Loving It

I forget to remember to eat Carbs

I choose to only eat complex carbs from fruits and vegetables
I enjoy an eating plan low in carbohydrates
I avoid sugar, dairy and white and processed foods
I enjoy eating high protein meals 
I am in control of what I eat
I eat low Carb foods

I eat less than 100 carbs per day and feel great
I am happy, safe and comfortable with my low carb, high protein diet
I have no cravings for high Carb foods
I have no interest in high Carb foods
I love my protein based meals

I easily lose weight each day on my low carb eating plan
