George: definition of word in affirmations

Hi George,

 

for our purposes, what should the definition or understanding  be of the word  " super conscious" be? . The "Beliefs" affirmation is so well done and that word is used many times. I'm just a little stalled until I know what that word means.

That's one of those words that is kind of vague and used in many different contexts. Ultimately, it's up the listener to decide, but here's my take.

 

(I believe this is from Huna theory)

 

We all have a conscious brain, and an unconscious (or subconscious). The "Super Conscious" is kind of like a collective intelligence that comprises all the minds that have ever been, all that exists now, and all that will ever be in the future. But it's not directly accessible through our conscious minds, since our conscious minds are only limited to a very, very small sliver of what's really going on.

 

While our subconscious minds are responsible for remembering all of our own experiences, and calculating all the myriad possibilities based on whats' out in front of us, the super conscious is kind of like the "Meta - Unconscious" of all the individual unconscious minds.

 

The theory is that on a deep enough level of trance, we can access the super conscious THROUGH our subconscious, and have access to information, skills, knowledge, etc, on an unconscious level.

 

I believe this is what Napoleon Hill referred to as "Infinite Intelligence," and may also be described as "The Mind of God," if you OK with using religious terminology.
