Guest Beverly Posted October 8, 2014 Report Share Posted October 8, 2014 At some point, you have to do a little wishful thinking of how you would like your life to be before you can actually formulate the affirmations and positive sayings to get yourself on the right path. Even listening to a subliminal hypnosis is partly based on wishful thinking as you have to start out by believing something is possible as no change is possible if you don't will it to be. Though maybe this sounds cynical, you can use this concept of simply starting out by seeing where you want to go/what you want to do and then wishing it were that way. The difference between you and the millions of other wishers will be how you take steps through daily life change, affirmations, EFT, NLP and other self development technique to reshape your internal and external life and reach the life you deserve. That's just part of the growth process. If you cannot say, 'I want to have more energy!' or "I deserve happiness in my marriage!", then how are you expected to achieve it?
