how to make your own subliminal?

First off I want to say I love Mind Persuasion's subliminal. They have helped me a ton and I have been using them for almost a year now (Alpha Male, IR, Influence, etc).

That's when I got curious about making my own subliminals, however I can't find any real how to's online.

Is there a guide or anyone willing to write one? I really would like to be able to make my own subs on any topic for my own enjoyment, but the only guides I find are mostly junk.
