Listening to hypnosis audios during sleep

Hi,

 

I have recently bought the product ''Alpha Male''. Regarding this product I would like to know

  1. can I use the hypnosis audios of this product while I was sleeping (That is, before falling asleep can I let these audios play one after another)?
  2. can I have the same effect of using these audios while sleeping as I would have while being awaken und fully alert?
  3. if yes, then how it's possible (I recently read an article on internet and according to that listening to audio hypnosis while sleeping cannot have same amount of effect as being wake during listening)?

Ideally when listening you would be relaxed, eyes closed (not wide awake) AND focusing on a clear intention of what outcome you want.

 

You can listen while you're sleeping, just be sure to spend  some time focusing on the ideal outcome (Picture in your mind) for a few minutes AS you fall asleep.

 

It's not a good idea to listen to several different sessions, unless you can create ONE visualization that  covers all of them. But you CAN listen to the same session over and over so long as you "prime it" with your visualization.

Thanks for the advice. Regarding using these audios another idea occurs to me and that is: can I get some benefits if I listen to these audios while I am at the Gym or in a bus or train? 

I think the reason this occurs to me is that I spend a lot of time approximately 12 hours in Gym and 10 hours travelling per week. I want to utilize this time even more constructively by listening to some useful audios rather than music.

You "can" lsiten while at the gym, but they won't have nearly as good an effect. They are most effective when the mind is relaxed and drowsy. If you are listening on the bus, just relax and close your eyes.

 

If you are going to listen at the gym, be sure to use the NON-theta sessions (with the _P) at the end, and you can mix those with music. The visualization rules still apply. The more you can visualize WHILE listening, the better.
