neonjim
Hi there, I'm new to this forum and this may already have been brought up but I'm wondering if one can listen to 2 (or even 3) programs at the same time. I can download from Youtube to Audacity and overlay one meditation over another. While listening to multiple voices on the same topic is fine I'm wondering if the competing theta backgrounds would be unproductive and may actually be detrimental. Thanks very much, Jim

Thanks very much, Jim I do actually haha, the result is more unconcious and takes time. compared to listeninhg to one affirmation and getting it ingrained faster and more conciously. Just my opinion. neonjim
Thanks for the reply, Spectre. I figure it's comparable to the 256 voices (maybe not as many voices) in usefulness but was concerned about the theta being a jumble and not effective. Sakima
you will get results using multiple programs, but the power and effectiveness wont be the same as if you use them one at a time.
Light
Generally it's tough to pick, esp. if you have multiple areas of your life you need to take care of. I'd generally focus on the basics first - do i have a steady source of income, a roof on top of my head, etc. and then move to the other parts you need to take care of. Have some sort of a priority list and pick dates where you'd focus on each point to handle that area of your life. Athena
