Just wanted to know what are the different ways you guys use to listen to george's videos? thinking of mixing 256v mp3 files with my favourite songs with audacity. Will keep the hypnosis track below below hearing levels [-30 db] so that the affirmations go straight into my subconscious even in conscious state. firsthelix Posted April 6, 2016 Report Share Posted April 6, 2016 I agree, unfortunately, there is not sufficient information about how to effectively apply the different types of videos, including how to combine different types in a playlist. Some, you need to listen while eyes closed and imagine a certain situation. Others, you can listen to while doing something else. It would be best if George would shed some light here. I've read some members are writing down the affirmations while listening to the videos which worked for me. I want to know what methods other members are using on this form to listen to the videos.
