EFT to release anger and sadness against another person

When you are feeling anxious or upset toward another person you will need to engage in EFT, tapping pressure points and deep breathing.  This can be effective in helping to channel negative emotions.  This time spent will be best spent in mediation through self reflection.  If you can simply acknowledge and embrace your negative feelings, you will be better able to change them.
